Spirit as Elemental Energy

Trusting Spirit Now

My book Trusting Spirit Now is now available to purchase! (Amazon.com.) The introduction is available in PDF format instantly by signing up for announcements of my blog and website (on the right side of this page). I want to also share the back cover of the book with the following quote from me:

Spirit is the literal, elemental energy that governs every particle of life—thought, creation, transformation, healing, awareness, and love. As you read and contemplate this book, you will become increasingly aware of the reality of spirit as a tangible form of energy from which to successfully manage your life. Enjoy discovering the epiphany for yourself as you read my everyday, personal life experiences as an energy intuitive and seeker of truth.

Trusting Spirit Now contains over 300 pages of life-changing stories and examples of learning to comprehend and live by spirit to successfully create the perfect life!

I have so much to be thankful for! What a great trip these past few years have been for me, as I have learned deeper truths and shared from my depths in my writings. Thank you to everyone who is a part of my life and this process!

Hallelujah and Happy Thanksgiving to all! Blessings! Judy

    Going Home

I don’t think any words evoke more emotion for me than these: going home. At age eighteen I left home for college in another state and probably never got over the loss. I returned for the first two summers, then I moved away forever, going home to visit only rarely after that. Being married, having…

    Transparent to Spirit

There are two basic ways we live as humans beings: barricading ourselves from the light of spirit, or allowing ourselves to be open to it—being transparent. We choose. Nothing but our own ignorance prevents us from living in the perfect peace of oneness with Spirit at any given moment of our lives.

There is no one out there on this planet (reading this blog or not) who does not have some kind of barricade up right now in this very moment–a block to the spirit. Barricading yourself from the light of spirit happens with the slightest shift in your energy towards judgment—the choice we each make to be confused or offended by others choices or the punishment we give ourselves for our own.

These two ways of being—blocking spirit or being transparent to spirit—actually create the environment we live in. Our particular space of existence may be recognized within a scale marked at one end by pain and at the other end by happiness. We will always find ourselves somewhere along that scale, and while we may suffer much in the pain category from day to day, we always possess within us the power to live mostly in the happiness category.

Recognizing and accessing that power is quite simple. I will explain.

    Surrendering To The Light

In the fall of 1972 as I began my sophomore year in college, my sister joined me as a freshman, sharing an apartment near campus along with 4 other friends. Janice & I had grown up very close, being only one year apart in age. We were so excited to be together again at school, though we were far from our home in Tennessee. Mother told me later that Daddy cried all the way across that 2000-mile drive home, feeling the loss of leaving his two little girls so far away from him.

    I Give Up!

As I was kayaking across Lake Tahoe’s northern shores last week, mesmerized by the intense cobalt blue waters so clear you can see all the way to the bottom—I had an epiphany. I was not entirely happy, and I knew why: I was holding onto a lot of other people’s stuff, and it was sucking the life out of me!

As I glided along across the miles of glassy water towards a gorgeous rocky point, I noticed some extra pounds of heaviness—added weight in my heart that did not fit my style in that moment. I knew I had to let go of something in order to return to my own peaceful center,

    From Leisure to Spirituality

Leisure is an attitude of mind and a condition of the soul that fosters a capacity to perceive the true reality of life. Spirituality can be born only in leisure–a leisure that allows freedom of thought and time for the contemplation of the nature of God. I propose that leisure is the foundation for success in discovering a peaceful existence of spirituality in our lives. Whether we physically stop our routines and escape to nature or simply shift our mindset to a deeper spiritual awareness, relaxing into the state of leisure allows spiritual enlightenment to bless you.

    The Inside Track To God

It’s funny how the little things can have such a great affect on our moods, almost as if to control the very outcome of how we manifest our daily lives. Attachments to people, things, beliefs, and experiences definitely create much of our reality—how we see and experience our lives every single day.
