A Course In Healing Through Forgiveness

Spirit is a powerful force for creating positive changes immediately into your life experience, and I love explaining how to use spirit to bless the lives of everyone ready to learn!

I recently spent a few hours with a new client, guiding her to greater enlightenment by sharing tools of forgiveness and creation from the truth already within her, calling forth and allowing that magnificent energy of love to fill her whole being. Within a few hours together, she shifted from feeling extremely depressed and hopeless to having 100% confidence in herself, in love with her life, and with the strength, desire, and ability to go forth and live accordingly. It was a complete 180-degree turnaround, in just a few hours of working with me using powerful and lovely spirit-principles.

I am grateful to confess that while this example is magnificent, it is not rare. In fact it is the norm when you are honestly asking for guidance and ready to take the leap of faith into a life of trusting spirit as your guide. The principles of trusting spirit absolutely and always work! Spirit is ready and waiting to bless–you just have to know how to get to it!

    From Leisure to Spirituality

Leisure is an attitude of mind and a condition of the soul that fosters a capacity to perceive the true reality of life. Spirituality can be born only in leisure–a leisure that allows freedom of thought and time for the contemplation of the nature of God. I propose that leisure is the foundation for success in discovering a peaceful existence of spirituality in our lives. Whether we physically stop our routines and escape to nature or simply shift our mindset to a deeper spiritual awareness, relaxing into the state of leisure allows spiritual enlightenment to bless you.

    The Inside Track To God

It’s funny how the little things can have such a great affect on our moods, almost as if to control the very outcome of how we manifest our daily lives. Attachments to people, things, beliefs, and experiences definitely create much of our reality—how we see and experience our lives every single day.

    Surrendering To The Light

In the fall of 1972 as I began my sophomore year in college, my sister joined me as a freshman, sharing an apartment near campus along with 4 other friends. Janice & I had grown up very close, being only one year apart in age. We were so excited to be together again at school, though we were far from our home in Tennessee. Mother told me later that Daddy cried all the way across that 2000-mile drive home, feeling the loss of leaving his two little girls so far away from him.

    I Give Up!

As I was kayaking across Lake Tahoe’s northern shores last week, mesmerized by the intense cobalt blue waters so clear you can see all the way to the bottom—I had an epiphany. I was not entirely happy, and I knew why: I was holding onto a lot of other people’s stuff, and it was sucking the life out of me!

As I glided along across the miles of glassy water towards a gorgeous rocky point, I noticed some extra pounds of heaviness—added weight in my heart that did not fit my style in that moment. I knew I had to let go of something in order to return to my own peaceful center,
