    Remember and Be Well

Remembering who you are on the deepest level–that’s the real key to happiness!

Remembering requires little of you–just a few moments to change your perspective back to a more truthful one. Let me remind you now: you are not your body, your job, your education, your possessions, your family, your relationships, your health or your history–even though that may be how you happen to be expressing right now (since that’s the identity that’s most apparent to our five-sensory living.)

But will you allow me to share a deeper truth? Use your sixth sense of spiritual knowing and ponder with me for a moment that there is more to you!

    Guardian Angels

I have always been sensitive to the presence of love in the form of angels watching over me. I don’t know why I have been so blessed, but it makes me happy to experience such a reality. Love in the form of angelic presences seems very beautiful and sacred, even an honor to my spirit,…

A Course In Healing Through Forgiveness

Spirit is a powerful force for creating positive changes immediately into your life experience, and I love explaining how to use spirit to bless the lives of everyone ready to learn!

I recently spent a few hours with a new client, guiding her to greater enlightenment by sharing tools of forgiveness and creation from the truth already within her, calling forth and allowing that magnificent energy of love to fill her whole being. Within a few hours together, she shifted from feeling extremely depressed and hopeless to having 100% confidence in herself, in love with her life, and with the strength, desire, and ability to go forth and live accordingly. It was a complete 180-degree turnaround, in just a few hours of working with me using powerful and lovely spirit-principles.

I am grateful to confess that while this example is magnificent, it is not rare. In fact it is the norm when you are honestly asking for guidance and ready to take the leap of faith into a life of trusting spirit as your guide. The principles of trusting spirit absolutely and always work! Spirit is ready and waiting to bless–you just have to know how to get to it!

    Transparent to Spirit

There are two basic ways we live as humans beings: barricading ourselves from the light of spirit, or allowing ourselves to be open to it—being transparent. We choose. Nothing but our own ignorance prevents us from living in the perfect peace of oneness with Spirit at any given moment of our lives.

There is no one out there on this planet (reading this blog or not) who does not have some kind of barricade up right now in this very moment–a block to the spirit. Barricading yourself from the light of spirit happens with the slightest shift in your energy towards judgment—the choice we each make to be confused or offended by others choices or the punishment we give ourselves for our own.

These two ways of being—blocking spirit or being transparent to spirit—actually create the environment we live in. Our particular space of existence may be recognized within a scale marked at one end by pain and at the other end by happiness. We will always find ourselves somewhere along that scale, and while we may suffer much in the pain category from day to day, we always possess within us the power to live mostly in the happiness category.

Recognizing and accessing that power is quite simple. I will explain.

    Spirit Lives In The Now

Last Monday was my mother’s 80th birthday, and I spent the day celebrating by looking at old picture albums and thinking of her. She died at age 54, and I have missed her ever since. My daughter was with me that special day last week, and commented on the change that came over me as I went from being ‘fully present’ to the state of longing for loving times with my family in my past.

She brought up a very good point, which I share a lot more about in my book, Trusting Spirit Now. But for today, I will explain the energy around such concepts and a great tool for affecting a shift of one’s energy into living in joy in the now!

    What is Trusting Spirit?

In the summer of 1999, I spent a week in the heart of the Grand Canyon in a lush and rare shangri-la called Havasupai. People go there to enjoy the magnificent turquoise spring waters that flow through the red rock valley, creating breathtaking waterfalls, pools, and eventually meshing with the Colorado River. People also gather…
